    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Louisiana Tech University full-time

Good school with affordable tuition. Quarter system and multiple class schedule to choose from. A Tier 1 school with great education. Located between two major cities.

The place it self is kind of boring. There is not much nightlife except for a nightclub. The school has a recreactional center but it is almost crowed in peak hours. Not enough parking.

    Advice to Management

I think the campus tech police parking policy has to be reformed. I would also advise the management to come up with a better BOSS system because it down 4 hours in peak time of the day.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Louisiana Tech University (Ruston, LA) in July 2014.

I had submitted the resume to a professor showing my intention to join his group as a postdoctoral research associate. After reviewing he called me for the interview 1:1. Then his senior postdoctoral researcher interviewed me regarding my future interest and endeavors. The decision was made on the same day of the interview.
