Managers

Every manager in our company is a full operating partner, enjoying full profit-sharing, strong corporate benefits and the autonomy that comes with running your own business. As a manager, you are responsible for daily operations of your own office and the development and advancement of a team of 15 to 50 people. The role of a manager ranges from coach of the sales and marketing team to head of human resources to recruiter and team leader. We have a strong philosophy of “lead from the front.” Since every manager in our organization; has held every position under them, they are able to coach and lead from experience, allowing open communication among all team members with an emphasis on mutual respect and admiration.

Assistant Managers

The role of assistant manager in our company is one of the toughest to obtain and therefore one of the most rewarding. Our assistant managers receive an instant raise of over 60 percent and partial profit sharing. The assistant management phase of our management training program is designed to prepare you to run your own business as a managing partner. We teach you everything from business administration and finance to human resources and recruiting, at the same time keeping you as an active team leader and trainer of our sales and marketing team.

Administrators

As the front fine and face of our organization, our administration and human resource team is the main source of growth for our company. They are responsible for recruiting, sales support, general business administration and office management. As with all positions, our administrators start entry level and have to learn field sales and marketing – giving them a full understanding of each aspect of our business. They serve as a source of knowledge, energy and encouragement for our entire staff. Opportunities stemming from the administration position include corporate training and finance management for offices across the country. As we grow, the need for strong administrators will grow in all of our locations and will provide growth and upward mobility for administrators who show the most commitment, dedication and ambition.

Account Managers

Lucky 13 Consulting, Inc. is looking for success-oriented and self-motivated individuals with a strong desire to advance quickly in a  hi-energy, professional environment. We will provide full training in sales, marketing, public relations and team management. Because we ONLY promote from within, effort and personal growth are rewarded with consistent advancement. Our training and management program is designed to train and develop people from all degrees and walks of life from entry level marketing and sales representatives into managing partners within our organization. Whether you are a recent college graduate or a professional with years of experience you must begin at the entry level to earn a management position in our firm.

I have experience; do I still have to start entry-level?

Yes. We believe that strong leaders lead from the front. Having served in every position within our management training program, our managers show their people a willingness to get their hands dirty and do the work alongside their team, not just coach from the sidelines.

How quickly can I get promoted?

This depends on you! What’s so amazing about our company is that, once you begin in the entry level marketing and sales position, you have control over your own advancement. It can take anywhere from six months to two years to earn a position as a managing partner. This means that you are able to achieve promotions and increased income in a fraction of the time it would take you at companies where growth is limited by corporate budgets and the bureaucracy of seniority.
