    I worked at Lufkin Industries as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The people I worked with were fantastic. They were friendly and understanding and didn't seem to mind helping me out and explaining a lot of stuff to me even when I was just starting. Wasn't treated as lower because I was just an intern.

    Cons

    Projects I worked on weren't incredibly exciting or what I would call cutting edge...
