Best job in the world! You can make a lot of money here and have the opportunity to get promoted. If you work hard and do well you will succeed. If you are looking just get by from hour to hour it may not be the job for you. Really fun place to work if you have a lot of energy.

Lot of hours. Work/Life balance is not so good but the incentives make it worth it. Some times difficult to manage all you have to do in a day with the amount of staff you are allowed. I understand why but just makes it frustrating.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone needs to be on the same page. Often the left hand doesn't seem to know what the right has going on. Sale events are put out all last minute with poor planning and incorrect information that has to be fixed time and time again after the sale is set.

Very quick and easy. Typical retail sales interview. Laid back and straight forward. Dress is business casual. Of course you want to show up on time. The regional staff will most likely do the interview and they are all very nice.
