I have been working at Lush

    Pros

Lush uses positive reinforcement to motivate employees, cares about the quality of the product, creates ethical products that are not only good for ones body and mind, but for the world. They are pretty good about giving you time off to do what you love. It is a place you can make a good salary while you go back to school or a place you can make a career out of. Even though it is such a huge company you still very connected to the owners, the managers, the trainers, and the rest of the company.

    Cons

The location of the store I work in is at a mall which can be a little stressful and overwhelming at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I honestly feel like I haven't been with Lush quite long enough to really give a solid piece of advice to management. I also feel if I do have something I would like to say I would probably say it in person.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Lush in February 2015.

    Interview Details

It was fairly easy, the recruiting team were all friendly and courteous. We had a 10 question test which it takes approximately 15 minutes to answer, after that it was the product demo with one another. After that I got the interview with one of the guys from the recruitment team, that part of the interview was very nice, it felt like I was having a nice conversation with a friend, the questions were easier than the ones that appeared on the test. I got the second call. And I'm waiting for the third part of the interview.
