    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Lutheran HealthCare.

    Interview

interview process was very informal. It was one-on-one. No behavioral questions and very little technical questions were asked. The interview was more of a chatting session. My guess is they really needed someone with my background (chinese speaking) for the position.
