I have been working at MBI

    Very competitive pay and benefits.
Work environment is friendly; everyone is really approachable.
Lots of responsibility from day one.
Work/live balance is excellent - you're not even allowed to take your work home with you.
    Never monotonous.

Change comes very slowly, even with small things.
Management is made up of "lifers" who've worked at MBI since they graduated college, and have no other working experiences. Some have been with the company 25+ years and have little to no fresh concepts to bring to the table.
The review process is heavily flawed. All associates are reviewed every 6 months to a year unless they are seriously floundering. Reviews are so harsh across the board that it is very difficult to discern where you stand, and if you'll be around much longer.
