Very strong company values and lots of perks. Lots of wonderful co-workers.
Some departments need to be more team-oriented. Management usually sticks up only for other management or what they consider to be key employees. Need to be more open to change for the better. Should not take suggestions as attacks, but as opportunities for growth and improvement.

I applied through college or university – interviewed at MBI.
Easy, behavioral. Offered chance to 2nd round interview in Norwalk, turned down because I had another offer on the table. I guess you go through some type of testing at the 2nd round interview, probably analytical skills.
- Very much what you'd expect, such as why MBI, biggest failure in past few years, experience questions, etc. Wasn't super impressed with the products/system (seems outdated to me) but would be a great fit for the right people. If you're looking for work/life balance, they don't let you take work home, so that would be super! Answer Question
