I have been working at MCA Communications (More than a year)

Work in many scenarios Great entry level opportunity into the industry Tons of experience gained reasonable pay

some unprofessional foreman unprepared with materials no benefits with staffing Hired with company after 1 year of staffing service

    Advice to Management

Train your foreman thoroughly, very unprofessional. Communication with employees are not clear and concise, don't wait till the night before to tell us where we're working or don't wait till we are at the job site to tell us we're working 12 hours that day. Treat employees with more respect.
