I have been working at MCS Management full-time (more than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookRecommendsPositive Outlook
After working for MCS Management for two years now I can honestly say this is a great company to work for. I have been working in the Mail Services and Distribution industries here in Cleveland OH for over twenty years. In all my years of experience in this industry I have never come across a company that cares more about their employee's than MCS. The wages are some of the best I have seen. MCS offers many different tools for personal growth and development at all levels of employment. They have supported me in my pursuit of industry certifications and I always feel senior management is looking out for my best interest as well as future opportunities for advancement. The MCS team I currently manage is one of the best teams I have ever had the privilege to lead. Everyone here at MCS takes the company philosophy of "Making a Difference" very seriously and strives each and every day to do that for both our clients and each other.
I must admit I struggle to come up with cons in regards to working for MCS. I guess if I had to name something it would be that I would love to see a larger presence for MCS in my city. More clients would mean more opportunities for all the talented people that make up the MCS team here.
Advice to Management
Please keep doing what you have been. The concern you show for the growth and development of your people is second to none. One thing to consider, in an environment where sites are spread across the country sometimes it helps to bring people together once or twice a year to exchange ideas, share some camaraderie, and grow from each others personal experiences.
