    Pros

    With Medrio, I've found a place I enjoy working at every day. There is a good work/life balance with lots of fun events and rewards for hard work.

    Cons

    The sales process can be long and can require lots of follow up ... but it's rewarding when you close new business!

    Advice to Management

    Maintain the work/life balance and continue to offer ongoing sales training for the sales team.

    Went to a Mingle where there was around 15 members of the sales team in attendance. I felt very pressured to make as good of an influence on each different member in the short 1 hour time frame allotted. With others also fighting for their time, I found it to be a struggle to make a lasting impression.
