I applied through college or university – interviewed at MFS.

    Interview Details

The interview process was fairly standard. Mostly behavioral questions that have been asked before on most job interviews. Know how to answer basic questions such as your biggest strength, biggest weakness, challenges at former positions, tell me about yourself. Also make sure to do your homework and have knowledge of MFS, the industry and what sets the company apart from the industry. I had 3 separate interview dates in the span of about 3 weeks. The first was screening, the second was with 2 different people in the department and the third was with a last person in the department.
