I have been working at MFS full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Work life balance. Great benefits.

    Cons

Very little turnover in some departments, difficult to move around within organization. Promotion cycle too rigid.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work life benefits shouldn't vary so much by department.

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at MFS.

    Interview Details

Was connected with a talent acquisition manager. Interviewed at MFS first with him, and then a week later with the manager of the internal sales force. Both people were very friendly, and clear about what the expectations were for different roles within the company. They said to keep in contact about resume updates, and that openings might be available later on in the hiring season.
