    Interview Details

I was called, and and was asked what my interests were. An interview was set up between myself, the HR director and the Unit Manager. I only had one i nterview and was quite sure I had the position even before I left the building. It was a very positive experience. I felt comfortable and wanted.

I didn't negotiate, but wish I had. Our organization is a non-profit so it's hard getting raises and getting a good rate of pay.
