MOD had an amazing environment. Managers were very willing to work around your schedule, and were considerate of personal hardships. The work environment cultivated at MOD was fantastic, and it is an incredibly fun place to work with awesome co-workers.

The training was a little sink-or swim, and the schedule could sometimes be adjusted without notice (I was "late" to a shift I didn't know I had one day, as the schedule had changed after being posted.

    Advice to Management

I would ensure that schedules each week are final, and perhaps create a more comprehensive training program.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at MOD Pizza in September 2015.

Seems like it would be a great place to work. Asked the usual questions, what was my management "style",? how did I motivate people? Strong points, weak points. How you deal with difficult customers, etc.
