    Pros

-Very competitive base salary and comp plan -High quota, but with all of the resources that they provide it is definitely achievable -Great benefits -EVERYTHING is comped -Management is there for you to help you to succeed in any way possible -Promote from within -Consistently breaking sales records quarter after quarter and always reward sales team for doing so -Little to no micromanagement -Young environment -You are praised frequently and publicly for your success -Training process is detailed and extensive...you will become a killer salesman -You can ACTUALLY speak to upper management and they are fantastic people

    Cons

Honestly cannot think of any downsides at all. They had some issues with some of the sales reps in the past that seem to have been completely resolved.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work motivating and praising the sales reps. I have never been part of an organization that rewards and praises people like MRC does.
