MRI Software, then called Management Reports Incorporated, was founded in 1971, in Cleveland, Ohio, by Fred and Sid Goodman; its original vision was of providing timely, accurate reporting to the global property management industry. Since its re-formation as MRI Software in January of 2010, MRI has worked to recruit creative and adept executives to lead our various functional areas. Below you’ll learn a little more about each member.
Patrick Ghilani, Chief Executive Officer
Patrick Ghilani is the Chief Executive Officer of MRI Software and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2006, previously holding the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Global Professional Services. Appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2012, Ghilani spearheaded productivity and client experience improvements while leading all client operations, including Professional Services, Client Support, and SaaS hosting. As President & COO, Ghilani lead corporate growth initiatives targeting both geographic and innovative product expansion. With over 20 years of experience in the enterprise application arena, Patrick has successfully managed both the strategy and operations of sizeable technology product and services organizations, serving multiple global industries, including over 10 years in the Commercial and Multi-Family Real Estate vertical. Prior to MRI, Patrick held Vice President roles building and managing professional and support services organizations for both SmartOps Corporation, a provider of supply chain software (now an SAP Company), as well as for technology consulting services firm, UBICS, Inc. As a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, Patrick was a leader in the manufacturing vertical, with global sales, management, and delivery responsibilities of large scale ERP application implementations for the Fortune 500. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Bill Roselli, Chief Financial Officer
Bill Roselli is the Chief Financial Officer of MRI Software and has held that position since February of 2010. Bill has over 20 years of experience in leading global financial operations for Fortune 500 software companies. Before taking the CFO position at MRI Software, Bill was Vice President of Finance, North America Consulting for Oracle Corporation. Prior to that, Bill held numerous fina
ncial leadership positions across Oracle’s various business units, including Global Support Services, North America Sales, and Global Incentive Planning & Strategy. Prior to Oracle, Bill held various finance positions with Computer Sciences Corporation in its Integrated Systems Division. Bill began his career as an actuarial analyst with Reliance Insurance Company. He received a Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University.
John Ensign, General Counsel and VP, Corporate Development
John Ensign is the General Counsel of MRI Software and has held that position since July of 2010. John oversees all legal and human resources activities at MRI Software, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, compliance, litigation, employee relations, and benefits. Before joining MRI Software, John was the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Domin-8 Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a provider of property management software in the small to medium business space. John started his legal career with Bricker & Eckler LLP where he practiced corporate law with a focus on high growth companies. Prior to his legal career he served as an independent human resources consultant. He began his career at College Craft Enterprises, Ltd., a contracting company based in Chicago, where he focused on sales and operational management and new market development as a Division Vice President. He earned his Master of Laws in Business and Taxation as well as a Juris Doctorate from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.
Stephen Baker, Vice President, Product Management
Stephen Baker is the Vice President of Product Management and has been an executive with MRI Software since 2011. He is responsible for leading the Product Management organization in developing the next generation of property management solutions for the multifamily, commercial and investment markets. Prior to joining MRI, Baker spent several years developing a successful software and services startup in the transactional real estate market. Stephen began his career at Motorola working across multiple business sectors and ultimately overseeing the global strategy, marketing, and technology development of location-based services for the Motorola Mobility business. He is also the primary inventor on a significant body of intellectual property for Motorola location-based services. Stephen has a B.S. in Engineering and Economics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Brian Zrimsek, Chief Products Officer
Brian Zrimsek is the Chief Products Officer of MRI Software, joining the organization in 2014. Zrimsek brings 25 years of large scale enterprise software experience to MRI, most recently as an IT Vice President at The Irvine Company. During his nearly 10 years in real estate technology he has become a well-known subject matter expert, industry panelist, and trusted advisor, especially within the multifamily real estate market. Prior to Irvine, Zrimsek was VP of Research at Gartner, Inc., where he provided executive advisory services within the enterprise software arena. He spent the first decade of his professional career as a Management Consultant with Arthur Andersen, Accenture, and Ernst & Young. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Marc DiCapua, Vice President, Global Client Support & SaaS Service Center
Marc DiCapua is the Vice President of Global Client Support and our SaaS Service Center. As an MRI veteran of 17 years, Marc DiCapua has held leadership positions within various areas of the organization, including Product Management, where he helped drive the strategic development of MRI’s Commercial Management, Foresight and Accounts Payable product lines, and within Professional Services, where he led implementations of many of MRI’s largest institutional clients. Prior to MRI, Marc worked as Manager of MIS at The Yarmouth Group, a subsidiary of Lend Lease Corporation, where he implemented a full suite of networking technologies, as well as the MRI Property Management and Accounting Applications across their entire portfolio. Marc began his career as a Staff Accountant with Northern Lake Properties, a real estate investment and property management company. Marc attended the University of Toledo in Ohio.
Chuck McDowell, Vice President, Global Professional Services & Client Experience
Chuck McDowell is the Vice President of Global Professional Services and Client Experience. Since joining the MRI consulting team in 2007, Chuck McDowell has held a number of key leadership positions focused on providing clients with innovative and high quality implementation and training services. Chuck has led a number of major initiatives within MRI, including the creation of the MRI Enterprise Learning Library (MELL), the development of our Client Experience Program, and managing some of the largest implementations in the company’s history. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and professional services, Chuck has spent the majority of his career working in the real estate market within all major sectors across the globe. Prior to joining MRI, Chuck was a long-tenured management consultant with Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) where he focused on leveraging both software technology and process improvement to deliver solutions to the global real estate industry. Chuck holds a Bachelors of Business Administration (Accounting) from Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
Phil Trudeau, Vice President, Global Sales
Phil Trudeau is the Vice President of Global Sales at MRI Software, joining the organization in 2014. Trudeau comes to MRI from SAP America where he was VP of Enterprise Field Operations. Prior to SAP, Mr. Trudeau was VP of Sales and General Manager at Domin-8, a property management and accounting software provider that was acquired by RealPage, Inc. His previous roles include EVP of Worldwide Sales & Services at Incentive Technology (formerly Centive), and as VP of Sales with ADP. He received his bachelor’s degree in both Marketing and Management from Bentley University.

As an intern, I was given challenging tasks that made me feel like I was actually contributing to the company, whereas some internships just have you make copies and do menial tasks.
