Current Employee - Customer Service in Detroit, MI

I have been working at MSC full-time for more than 3 years

Benifits are good. Pay is decent. Managers are very resonable and easy to work for. No micro managing.

Raises can be very minimum unless you meet an almost impossible list of expectation goals. Customers can be very rude, but this is common in most customer service.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not sweep things under the rug. Deal with issues as they are brought to you.
