    Pros

Workplace: The people are gentle and kind with many unique jobs and educational backgrounds. Personal growth: New projects (merchandise, logistics, new business etc) are launched almost every year. If you are a self-starter able to work individually (and often as part of a team), you could feel a sense of achievement and personal growth as well. Compensation: It is average or may be slightly higher than that offered by the other employers in the area.

    Cons

Workplace: There has been quite a turnover and layoff as the company has been undergoing a major restructuring. Because of the loose control culture, the people tend to be laid back about the work, scheduling, and even costs. Personal growth: There is no program, training, and benefit to support the employees' career growth at the company.

    Advice to Management

Keep the employees in the communications loop and don't leave them in the dark about the company's direction, goal, and vision. Hire talented people locally.
