    Pros

MVP has a lot of great people and pockets of strong leadership, depending on your department. The work site is nice and they take well-being very seriously, including an onsite gym, lots of activities to participate in, and even a mandatory healthy menu program for work sponsored business lunches. They have done a good job trying to live a wellness brand, although many employees are still slow to embrace it.

    Cons

The company is always changing, and generally those changes lead to unhappy employees. It seem like the company is almost always changing reporting structures and not enough is done to maintain top talent. The biggest challenge to working at MVP is the lack of technology, it seems like the company is always slow to invest and keep up with even the most recent versions of Microsoft products.

    Advice to Management

Work together, there are so many competing agendas that the employees get mixed messages, and stop allowing for so many changes in the organization so people can have a sense of security. It's scary never knowing how long you will have your job for because it changes all the time.
