Training is good and most of the people are nice. Pay is pretty good. You feel like people actually care.

If you are a temp certain management will do everything in their power to not let you move up into a permanent position stating bullcrap reasons like "lack of experience". They also hold meetings and employee parties that you aren't invited to as well as send out e-mails that you will never see. The morale is extremely low among the temps as well. .There is also a huge problem with double faced people.

    Advice to Management

Realize the temps are people to and that they have feelings. Hire them first instead of people from outside the company. Also, include the temps in permanent employee meetings. Doing so will really increase employee morale.
