    I have been working at Macerich full-time for more than 5 years


    Decent work/life balance, no punching in on the clock. Good upward mobility/promotions.


    No tuition reimbursement, constant fire drills, lack of clear mission/vision

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get aligned and set a goal/mission that everyone can get behind

    Interviewed with Regional VP, Divisional VP and Mall staff. Overall process took about 3 weeks.
