I have been working at Mack Trucks full-time (more than 3 years)

Salary plus over-time availability is great. Great benefits

Everyone points blame. No one takes account of their own responsibility.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start valuing employees who put forth the extra effort. Some employees download Outlook to their personal phone just to ensure their department is running smoothly. Upper management doesnt recognize or care about that.

    Interview Details

The worst interview I was ever on. HR Rep made me feel like my current job was pathetic/useless compared to what I was applying to. The interviewers then proceeded to complain about their jobs with eachother right in front of me! This went on for at least 30 minutes! I wanted to get up and walk out! I never sent a thank you email- frankly, they wasted my time.
