    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Madison Communications full-time (More than a year)

They will give you so much of work you will learn almost everything!

    - No good seniors: They hire random unexperienced people at senior positions which will make your life tougher than you can imagine. - Forget Self Respect: Client can abuse you, make you do silly things which you know are harmful for campaign. But there is no senior who will explain that to client for you. - Work/Life Balance? Forget your personal life!! - Workload: They hire 2 people for doing the work of 10 people. - When you resign. HR will ask you to bring your replacement as they can't hire people on their own. - Advice: Never be a minute late and never work for a minute late. you come 1 minute late there is half day. You work 12 hours late, NO PERKS!

    Advice to Management

Your TOP management is not everything. Junior employees are the people who do all the work. Please give them the respect they deserve.

    Junior Associate Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Bangalore (India)
    Declined Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Madison Communications (Bangalore (India)) in January 2015.

The interview process was easy with questions about the company and some on my experiences and qualifications. The process was simple. 1st round oral , 2nd round written. But was when they asked me to work for free for 6 months I was totally taken aback. I was called in for a permanent position. They said that they have a mandatory internship of 6 months which is unpaid. After that if they think you are good enough they will train you for another 6 months which will barely cover up only your travel expense (5000 inr). Then after a year you get to be a permanent employee. I have dual masters degree and 3 internships and this was the offer made !
