    I have been working at Maersk Logistics full-time for less than a year


    A lot of diverse global clients.

    There are many opportunities ahead, even though they started to hire more from outside the company.

    Strong work ethic


    Sometimes they are unwilling to spend on value added areas, unless there is a direct and extremely obvious commercial value. I think this could be a fatal flaw in a increasing competitive market.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take more risk and trust that your employees have thought out recommendations. Also spend money in areas that count

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Maersk Logistics in February 2014.

    Interview Details

    Phone interview with local (non-HR) people. 1 on 1 interview with GM and their counterpart. GM made a very rude comment, yet I decided to overlook the character flaw and take the job. This proved to be a bad decision later on.
