    Application

I applied online – interviewed at Magnuson Hotels.

    Interview

I submitted my resume online received a call back within a day or two requesting an interview the next day. Make sure you sound friendly over the phone; the person who sets up your interview may sit in on it as well. They are cheap and aren't flexible on pay, benefits seem to be nonexistent, and they will get very angry with you if you use this job as a springboard to gain experience then move on elsewhere.
