I have been working at Maine Medical Center

Great MGMT, good work/ life balance. Ability to move around within the orginization. Lots of great coworkers in every department I've been in. Everyone has a good attitude.

Salaries start low and do not grow very quickly. Most employees are paid far less than there counter parts both around the country and locally.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Up the salary to stop losing quality employees who leave only because of the cash.

    Interview Details

You first apply online and then you sit before a panel of hiring people and they ask you questions and you answer. It wasn't intimidating or anything like that. They ask about your experience, skills, strengths, and weaknesses. They look at your resume and cover letter so make sure to have those updated.
