    My unit manager fully works for her staff; is transparent regarding all unit activities and encourages growth.


    I'm not sure the organization is as pro-employee as my unit manager is. The benefits are not comparable to other facilities. The pay is not as comparable to other hospitals in the state either.

    Someone else offered me a job faster. I had forgotten all about these people by the time they called me months later to offer a job. Hiring is too slow and creaky.
