I've been with MaintenanceNet for several years and I've seen some amazing things. One consistent theme is a company that truly cares about their employees well being. HR is constantly putting together events and treats for the team and individual departments do the same. Lots of great technologies and leadership is not afraid to pick the best of breed rather than a single product line. This is one of those companies that you will compare all others against!

With the good comes some bad as well. We've been working so fast that things get left by the wayside but we are coming back around and taking care of those issues now.

    Advice to Management

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at MaintenanceNet (Carlsbad, CA) in June 2015.

I was contacted through an outside recruiter. Had a technical phone interview with the team lead, who asked me about my background, a few technical questions, and then answered some questions about the company. Friendly and professional. Heard back pretty quickly and was called in for an interview the next week. Great-looking office and office location. Great creative space inside, kegs in the kitchen, ping-pong tables, you name it. Had a tour of the office before sitting down with the technical team to review more technical questions, to see what I had experience with. No whiteboard coding or anything. Afterwards sat down with the HR lady (who was very nice), had a good conversation. Heard back from the recruiter the next day that they'd like to move forward with me as a candidate.
