    Pros

    ManTech is involved in many different markets and has lots of opportunities across divisions. ManTech has an active Mobility Program for those employees with over a year of service seeking another opportunity in the company or for those employees who are coming off contract. ManTech University is actively engaged in employee development for demand skills and certifications in demand.

    No specific Cons. ManTech is a big company, but managers and supervisors are trained and encouraged to look out for both customer an employees and generally balance both well.

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing in internal research and development to encourage innovation and motivate employees. Encourage cross division engagement and technology knowledge sharing.

    The interview started off in group forum where talking points on mission, performance expectations, and quality of service were discussed in depth. Afterwards, each candidate was interviewed by a company representative in an orderly and timely fashion. It was communicated to check our emails for the offer and to complete all correspondence expeditiously in order to negate any setbacks to the hiring process.
