I worked at Management & Training Corporation full-time (more than 8 years)Pros
excellent benefits, life and health insurance benefits and a good work life balance. They were very willing to work with me in my work hours. It was a private prison and I did enjoy working with the inmatesCons
Not many cons really. I suppose the only real con is there were not formal break to take lunches so it was catch as catch can. We were not allowed to take lunch in our office.Advice to ManagementAdvice
I believe the management did the best they could with what they had, especially with the cut in spending and changes starting to occurDoesn't Recommend

I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Management & Training Corporation in January 2014.Interview Details
Quite possibly the worst interview I've ever had. The interviewer kept me waiting for nearly 90 minutes without any real apology. During the interview she read robotically from a sheet and didn't ask anything compelling - just basic and asinine questions. Almost like she googled "standard and boring interview questions" that morning.
The next day I emailed withdrawing my application. No OfferNegative ExperienceEasy Interview
