I worked at Mannatech full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good people working toward the strategic goal of the company.
All employees embrace the vision and mission statement

    Cons

    Lack of career training
Some Upper level managers should not be in their position.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realign mid level managers. Most departments should report to VP of ops and not have too many VP's. To many chiefs and not enough Indians.
