    I have been working at Manulife full-time (More than 5 years)


    Very innovative for a large insurance company, focused on implementing a client focused strategy, lots of opportunities within the company.


    Some departments are faced paced, very competitive and can feel cut-throat. Some thrive in this environment, others are not a fit.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to front line employees who are in touch with the firm's clients and implement changes to better serve the clients (financial advisors) who are the company's distribution arm.
