Marianos Fresh Market Photos
I have been working at Marianos Fresh Market part-time (more than a year)Pros
I love working for Mariano's, I came in as a bagger and cart attender and within two weeks I became a cashier, Everyone is very friendly and open for conversations and questions. No questions is a stupid question. Mariano's food is AMAZING I've only been employed for a month now but I have a generous amount of food since working there and I loved everything so farCons
There's absolutely nothing I don't like about being in mariano'sAdvice to ManagementAdvice

Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- Application Details
I applied online. The process took 5 days – interviewed at Marianos Fresh Market.Interview Details
EVERYTHING IS ONLINE! Don't walk in the store and inquire about positions. They can't do anything for you and can't tell you off the top of their heads every position they're hiring for. That's what the internet is for.
The online portion is your standard online application process. Someone then (2-5 days later) conducts a phone interview to get to know you. This job requires you to be friendly and personable and you will not last long if you aren't that. After that, they'll schedule a face to face interview where you normally meet with a recruiter from that store (or manager, depending on the position or time of day). Questions are pretty standard - Why Mariano's? When have you gone above and beyond and how did it make you feel? How were you able to diffuse a pissed off customer and what were the results? Things of that nature.
If you get the job, you do an orientation and computer training that takes a few days and you begin working.Interview Questions
