The staff is friendly. The benefits are okay. Good place to learn. Easy to get promoted as long as you do your job well.

The location is a little rough around the edges. There are not many options / places t eat for lunch (at least not nice places). HR is a joke.

    Advice to Management

Corporate management needs to clean house: There are too many long timers at the plant that are indifferent and make it difficult to get things done. Nepotism is way too common.

I applied through a staffing agency – interviewed at Marietta.

I was hired through a staffing agency. Interview was set up within the week of hearing about the job. Offer was extended the following day. The interview questions weren't too intense and I felt at ease the whole time. I met with both the corporate controller and the CFO and was finished with the whole process in about an hour and a half.
