Lots of room for advancement - most branch managers started as loan officers.
Job focused training and leadership training programs are greatCons
The scorecard is challenging for some, but they have great training and mentoring programs to help new people.
They could provide more time off to employees and sick time too.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Review work-life balance opportunities within the branches. Sometimes people don't feel they can take time off because it will impact their monthly scorecard numbers even if they are high performers. The branches have so much extra work (reports, solicit calls, etc) that are not directly customer focused which can make it difficult to be successful and also puts a lot of stress on the supervisors and managers.RecommendsPositive OutlookNo opinion of CEO

There were several interviews and tests with different levels of management including phone interview. This process seemed quite a bit more extensive than other financials that I've worked for.Accepted Offer
