Like many others here, most of my career with Maritz Research has been during very high-growth periods. During that time, new projects, promotions, and raises were plentiful. Then customers reduced budgets. Like all businesses, Maritz Research has certainly had its ups-and-downs, and I think we are finally coming out of the down period. The last 3 years have been very frustrating as the company adjusts the strategy to return to growth. This has meant experimenting with some things that definitely did not work!!
This has certainly taken longer to happen than I would have liked. However, with a recent (much needed) leadership change, a focus on the future with new ideas, and a return to focusing on our clients, I feel Maritz is going to grow again.

Contacted via LinkedIn. Did an initial phone interview. Then came in for an in person interview. Interviewed with two people. They asked a lot of behavior questions as well as technical questions. They tried to see how well you were with excel and analytics and data analysis.Interview Questions
