I worked at Mark Burnett Productions as a contractor (More than 8 years)RecommendsNo opinion of CEORecommendsNo opinion of CEO
Great team that works well together - I worked here for 7 years from season 8 to 21 and really enjoyed every minute of it! I do miss working for the team and would have liked to move up.
Working until 2 am is not ideal however it's what the job took! This was my second job and I was never really in line to move up - would have liked to have that opportunity to be noticed more than I was. Working nights made that hard as I was never around the producers or management which would have been key to the success of moving forward with the company.
Advice to Management
When making management changes make sure the right people are selected to take over! Look at all departments for advancement and don't count out the night crew!
