I have been working at Market Track full-time
The company is definitley sales focused and has a clear strategy that they follow, which is rare nowadays, but very good.
There is a bit of a "figure it out as you go along" mentaility when it comes to learning about the solution set and the internal technology, but I guess that is to be expected.
Advice to Management
Get a little more intensive on the training for new hires, but that's about it.

I applied to Market Track in March of 2014, and was contacted by their office after a few days. I went through two phone interviews, after the second I was invited to come for an in-person interview. The interviews were very enjoyable and informative; the employees seemed like they worked together very well.
