    I have been working at Market Track full-time


    The company is definitley sales focused and has a clear strategy that they follow, which is rare nowadays, but very good.


    There is a bit of a "figure it out as you go along" mentaility when it comes to learning about the solution set and the internal technology, but I guess that is to be expected.

    Advice to Management

    Get a little more intensive on the training for new hires, but that's about it.

    I applied to Market Track in March of 2014, and was contacted by their office after a few days. I went through two phone interviews, after the second I was invited to come for an in-person interview. The interviews were very enjoyable and informative; the employees seemed like they worked together very well.

    The NRF released their 2015 Easter Spending Survey on March 23rd. Their survey revealed that Easter spending this year will top $16.4 billion, with the average shopper expected to spend $140.62-up from Easter 2014 when shoppers spent $137.46. 86% of shoppers expect to purchase food, totaling more than $5.3 billion, while shoppers are also predicted to spend $2.2 billion on candy.
