Hear What Our Employees Are Saying!
I began my employment with MarketSource one year ago following a suggestion from my former colleague and current MarketSource employee, Keith Hammond. I have always trusted Keith's judgment on professional matters. He told me about the make-sense way MarketSource does business. He also spoke of the character and integrity of the management & staff as well as fair compensation for a good day's work. I was sold based on his enthusiasm. I submitted my resume and was subsequently hired into a sales position in the T-Mobile National Retail Program. The experience that the management team shared with me and the professional work ethic shown by my director, supervisor and peers in the program, helped me to make the transition into the MarketSource culture very smoothly and confirmed all that Keith had said.
After spending some time within the program being coached and developed by my supervisor, he encouraged me to explore other career opportunities within the company. It was refreshing and exciting to realize the entire company's desire to utilize my talent, coach me & offer ways to chart a strong career path, not just work a job. I now enjoy having been promoted to the position of Territory Account Manager with the marketing team supporting the Sound ID bluetooth program. It is always stressed within MarketSource that doing a great job will only lead to greater opportunities. The sky is the limit!! I look forward to limitless success.
-Kevin West, Sound ID Territory Account Manager
I started with MarketSource in 2005 and have since worked on the Nokia, HP, and now Sharp programs. I have learned so much about retail electronics sales and technologies behind many of the products in that industry. My favorite part about MarketSource is the people. I have worked for several different companies of varying size and I can easily say that the people at MarketSource are some of the brightest and friendliest that I have ever worked with. I have been guided by great leaders and selflessly promoted since I started at MarketSource
-Mike Robison, Market Development Manager
Accepting the offer of employment from MarketSource was one of the best decisions of my career. I have had the opportunity to represent the organization in the position of Program Manager and interfaced directly with the Client on a daily basis and now have grown into the role as a Program Director in the Staffing world. The company truly embodies its core values and that can be witnessed in the interactions of team members at every level. The guidance, training and support that I have received and continue to receive are a solid foundation to my personal and professional growth.
-Merrideth Colwell Shea, Program Director
I started with MarketSource 6 ½ years ago because I was looking for a company with stability and security. I was tired of being just another number in a large corporation where my hard work and diligence was never recognized. MarketSource appealed to me because they always put their employees first and focused on promoting from within. Throughout my years at MarketSource, I have had the privilege of working with some phenomenal leaders who mentored me to becoming a stronger, more effective leader. Through their management, I have been able to successfully manage and be a part of the John Deere, NAVIGON, TomTom and Hewlett Packard accounts. MarketSource has given me the opportunity to fine tune my leadership skills and has provided a number of growth opportunities for me. The people, company culture, and values MarketSource possess is by far the best in class throughout our industry. I feel lucky to be a part of such an amazing company and I am proud to be an employee of MarketSource.
-Cayce Coblentz, Senior Director
I began my career with MarketSource in October of 2009. I was hired on as one of the original 14 Support Team Representatives, on the HP US Retail program. I supported two Territory Managers; within an area that spanned across 14 states. I helped manage a combined total of 120 part time employees. The primary responsibility of my position was to manage the reps schedules, and ensure that event coverage was met, and/or exceeded, by both client and MarketSource targets. During this time, I was very fortunate to be able to interact and learn from not only my immediate team, but also the HP US Senior Management team as well. That knowledge provided me with the opportunity to further my career with the company. I was offered a management position after 6 months of starting my career with MarketSource. I cannot express enough my appreciation for how much knowledge that I have obtained, and for the leadership that has since been passed on to me.
I am now the Territory Manager for the Orlando/Miami districts. I absolutely love my job, and more importantly the company that I work for. I am surrounded by creative, intelligent, and engaged co-workers, and I am led by one of the strongest leadership teams that I have ever seen. MarketSource has always made me feel like my opportunities are endless, and for that, I am very appreciative.
-Christen Sposa, HP Territory Manager
After working for a few big name companies after college, I found a great opportunity and my home with MarketSource. The immediate difference that I saw was the people and the culture that make MarketSource special. When you work for MarketSource, regardless if you are remote or in our home office in Alpharetta, you are part of the “Family”, and with that comes many people that are willing to always go above and beyond for you to ensure you have what you need to be successful. In my short two years, I have been able to build some great relationships with people that have positively influenced my life and my career in more ways than I can count. I can honestly say that two years ago, professionally I was not the same man I am today, and that came from great leadership, phenomenal support from co-workers, and everyone else that makes up the MarketSource “Family”.
My professional career truly started with MarketSource and hopefully after many more years, ends with MarketSource.
-Jay St. George, Regional Coordinator
What do Nokia, HP, Samsung, Cisco, Best Buy, and Sharp have in common? First, they are all great clients that MarketSource has partnered with successfully. Secondly, I have had the opportunity to work with each of them during my 6 years working with MarketSource. In 2004 I started as a field representative and have been able to enjoy roles managing both full and part time employees in both retail and commercial industries. The opportunities that MarketSource has provided and the professionalism that they exude has driven me to succeed and support our organization and our clients. Aside from our clients, our people and the relationships that come along with them are the true driving force for continuing or starting a career at MarketSource.
-Josh Stanfield – Market Development Manager
I have been with MarketSource for only 9 months, but within this timeframe I have learned so much and been given the opportunity to shine!
I have had the opportunity to work closely with one of our Executive Directors, Bob Simmerman. Bob really cares about those that he works with. He has helped jumpstart not only my career, but multiple careers within MarketSource. Through support of my manager and the team at MarketSource I have already been offered a promotion and feel that I have a long career at MarketSource.
-Lindsay Levine, Field Coordinator
I joined MarketSource as a Contract Recruiter in August of 2008. After 6 months of working closely with my manager and fantastic recruiters in a variety of verticals, I settled in as a regular employee and recruiter focused primarily on communications in March of 2009. Over the course of the next year I had the pleasure of supporting a number of programs and working with an array of hiring managers who instilled in me the desire to learn about the difference MarketSource made in the wireless market both through direct and indirect sales. As MarketSource earned the T-Mobile Part-Time National Direct Program, I began to focus more and more on supporting the T-Mobile recruiting efforts. This led to taking on the responsibilities as the Lead Recruiter for the T-Mobile recruiting team. This afforded me the opportunity to further develop and showcase my skills beyond the realm of recruiting. With the encouragement of my manager, director, and the executive director over the T-Mobile program, I applied for the position of Regional Coordinator which I transitioned into in July of 2010. As the first recruiter to move into the operations aspect of the business, I am excited about what the future holds and what other doors will open as I continue to grow my career at MarketSource.
Experience and hard work count for a lot at MarketSource. Your ability and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities is encouraged, supported and recognized. All of this combined with the desire to make a difference for the business based on solid relationships is the key to success!

Lots of projects that you can grow into. It's a great personal growth opportunity if you get the right mentor to help guide you. The parent company is Allegis Group which has companies all over the world. There is lots of opportunities with this company as it's the largest people management company in the world.
You can get stuck in a negative situation with the wrong management, but that's the case with just about any company isn't it?

I applied online. I interviewed at MarketSource.
I sent my resume to a recruiter that had a job posting on a website. I got a call really fast, literally within 30 minutes. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, answered a couple of questions online through an app, and I had an interview set up with the DM by the end of the Day. I had the interview the next day. It was pretty relaxed, but still felt professional. It was quite easy, and I was asked common interview questions. I was called about 45 minutes later by the recruiter, and he told me that the DM liked me, and he wanted to offer me the position. I applied and got the position within the first week of the month, took a drug test, completed verification of employment status, and did online training (unpaid) for the next two weeks, and then I was actually in the store and working on the last week of the month. I was in training for about four shifts, then got to work on my own.
