I applied online. The process took 1 day – interviewed at Marketing Consultants of Orlando (Orlando, FL) in May 2015.
They contacted me right next day after the application submission, inviting to a "preliminary" interview. They said the interview would take 15-20 min only to review my resume in person and discuss their company's various opportunities. Usually, if recruiters react so fast, it means they are interested to make easy money on you. I don't understand why we couldn't discuss it over the phone if it takes 15 min? Their email wasn't professional: the message contained two different fonts, and obviously it was carelessly copy-paste. After the invitation, I've read Glassdoor reviews and rejected this amazing opportunity. I can imagine how many people they invite to the interview every day.
