    I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Marketo (Milpitas, CA).

    2 rounds telephonic Interviews with analysts and one with Director. No idea what interviewer looking for from the candidate. General discussion of how processes implemented in current company so looks they want to know what I did and use in the company rather than really interviewing candidate on their skills. Very unprofessional. Had technical issues in telephone and didn't even tell until almost middle of call and ended 10 minutes earlier. I would really hate for evaluating without even asking right questions. Poor skills interviewing. Phonev
