    Pros

Plenty of opportunities for experience in a variety of different legal fields. You will learn a lot about the topics you work on.

    Cons

There is not always enough hours of work available. You may also not enjoy researching certain topics assigned.

    Advice to Management

Try to ensure that employees have enough work. There are times when the workload is too small.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Marquette University (Milwaukee, WI).

    Interview

Very intense and interviewed with over 20 professionals. Two day interview including a dinner the night before and interviewed along a continuum of people ranging from students to Deans. I had one on ones as well as interviewing with panels and people from all areas of the University on how I would interact and improve the "Marquette experience" for the students.
