    Always lots happening. New ventures and products unveiled. Lots of inspiration all the time. People are incredibly talented and connected to brand.

    Cons

    Sometimes there are too many distractions that impact focus. Overall folks are trying to put emphasis on what's most important in order to enhance brand.

    Keep communicating with senior leadership in order to maintain and enhance engagement with rest of staff.
