Excellent pay and benifits. Good ole boy sytem is in place in certain departments. The people are really nice. Upper management try to work with you as much as they can but have responsibilities to Senior management.

Senior management only cares about the bottom line. You can be the best employeee and belong to the family but if sales are down and they cant get their bonus you will be cut.

    Advice to Management

Invest in your employees more. Save the profits for a rainy day or when bussiness is slow. Think of your people before you think of yourself.
