The ability to continue to do what I love, yet still feel like I'm growing in my career. Great people with amazing skills and a culture of collaboration. There is always someone willing to help when needed. Strong work ethic. Ever changing opportunities. We've weathered downturns in the economy when many companies our size don't. I truly believe we provide the best for our clients.
Depending on client situation travel and work vs. personal can get unbalanced. Over a very long career with Maryville I've learned to weather the worst, knowing it will change with the next client. But I've always felt I've been compensated well, or at least known that others were aware of the struggles and were working to make changes.

Straight forward and pleasureable interview experience. Most everything told to me was incorrect as soon as I start talking with peer employees.
Simple and one conversation with senior management.
