I have been working at Maryville Data Systems full-time for more than 3 yearsPros
Great pay, leaders listen and respond to those that talk to them (this may be the problem with the previous reviewers). I see a lot of negative reviews on here - and although the transparency isn't offered to bottom-line resources, if you talk and provide feedback to leaders - they listen.
I've been on the bench for several months without being fired, so my guess is those talking about letting go of staff after projects is coincidence or performance related.
Each employees is listened to and valued - those that don't speak up until it's too late have missed their chance to create impactful change.Cons
There seems to be an old regime and a new regime - one uses webex and phones, the other uses anything they can get their hands on.
If you get a poor review from a customer or peer it will impact your job (position, project or compensation).
Loads of co-workers complain of out-of-date systems and "Cobblers children" is a common phrase used by those tired of trying to innovate bottom-up.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Update collaboration systems, stop hosting everything in a joke of a data center and stop making "vision" just a vision. Put it into action, start drinking your own champagne and start innovating your business.
Your customers and employees will love it.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
