    Pros

Feel good work that contributes to the greater good.
    Flexable schedule

    Cons

There is no room for individuality, you are expected to befriend everyone you work with or else you stand to be shunned
    No room for individual thought
The director of the agency hires and promote his friends
You are expected to work over time and never get paid or acknowledged for it
You are expected to have a percentage of your pay given to the agency's funders

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The director of the agency has created a culture of employees who share his beliefs and values, if you don't, you stand to be terminated. The agency lacks direction, the disfunction trickles down from the top and the board of directors are completely oblivious of the agency's inner workings.

    Interview Details

The interview process at this particular company is very simple. After the program director explains to you about your duties, which are testing high-risk individuals for HIV, you have to pretend that you are as promiscuous as those individuals just so you can have access to them in order to test them.
