    Pros

If you want great benefits, this is the company to come to. If you want easy going people that work hard, but with less of the rancorous politics then this is a good place. If you want to work for an "older" company both in terms of the corporation itself and the people working there then this is for you. If you want to work for a leading brand in an industry than this place is for you.

    Cons

If you want to work for a company that pays a high salary, then this place is not for you. If you want to be challenged than this company is not for you. If you want to climb the ladder quickly this company is not for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communicate the strategy better. Provide career tracks that demonstrate an individuals opportunities to grow and climb within the company. You'd be able to keep some people if you provided clearer paths to leadership and increased opportunity.

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Massachusetts Medical Society in November 2013.

    Interview Details

This organization has a professional human resources department and staff. I was contacted soon after emailing my resume and promptly scheduled for an interview. Additional information about the position and the organization was supplied prior to interview, allowing a more focused discussion. Actual interview with organizational VP felt rushed, I didn't feel like I was being seriously considered. No followup from organization after interview, I had to contact HR department to find out another candidate had been selected.
