    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Mather Lifeways (Evanston, IL) in October 2011.

    Interview

I think that the interview was more of a formality. It was unlikely that the company was going to pay the fee that goes along with hiring a candidate from a staffing agency. One of my interviewers was more than 15 minutes late. Another interviewer was unshaven and interviewed me in an unused office that was used for storage.
