    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Matrix Absence Management.

    Interview Details

    Interview process was fairly easy. Two managers asked general questions about work experience and FMLA knowledge. They did not mention the amount of phone calls an examiner receives on a daily basis. New hire paperwork was a breeze.
