I have been working at Matson full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great company, financially stable, reputable in the industry, family oriented, good work/life balance, competitive pay, good training programs.

    Cons

I can't think of anything at this time. I used to bounce around from company to company after 1 year but I've been with Matson now over 8 years, I've finally found a company with a future for me.
