    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Mattel (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Half day Fridays. Great people at the worker bee level.

    Cons

Way too political and top heavy. Management doesn't seem to have a clear vision.

    Advice to Management

Give more autonomy and ownership to your employees. Also, innovate in your products.

    Interview

nice people, insightful questions. They responded quickly to the submission of my resume and cover letter. A screening interview via the phone was set up within one week. The HR contact was polite and asked good question before forwarding me on to the hiring manager. It was an overall pleasant experience.
