I have been working at Mattress Giant full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The work environment is very friendly and I felt very comfortable opening up to mangers and working out problems. The mattresses are also the best I have ever slept on

    Cons

Sometimes time off policies were strict and hard to plan, but this was only sometimes, if you told them a month in advance it was easy to schedule a day off.

    Interview Details

I brought my resume into one of their stores and I was called only a couple of days later by their hiring recruiter. We made an appointment the next day during which she gave me a phone interview. She asked typical questions such as why I wanted to work at Mattress Giant and why I left my last employer.
